That's why we have created this Costumed Character Policy, Services Policy, Copyright Statement, & Privacy Statement to explain how we represent our fun characters and services and why we collect certain information online, and how we use that information. Costumed Character Policy NOTICE: ABC "Fun for All" Events' website, is NOT sponsored by or endorsed by or affiliated with any other company. ABC "Fun for All" Events does not make any claim to be the creator of the admired costumed characters nor does it represent the creator of the admired costumed characters. The costumed characters represented on this site bear a resemblance to admired popular characters and are not authentic reproductions. ABC "Fun for All" Events does desire to respect all copyrights, trademarks, and servicemarks. Please do not print, reproduce, copy or distribute the photos and images seen on this site. Services Policy Please read our party service agreement & our cancellation policy carefully before you sign it. ABC "Fun for All" Events respectfully reserves the right to control our scheduling. All prepaid party services must be used within the same calendar year as the date of purchase. All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Verbal reservations are not accepted. To book or reserve a particular date with our services, a signed party service agreement and a deposit must be received in advance. We use a Fast, Secure & Reliable method to guarantee you reservations. ABC "Fun for All" Events respectfully reserves the right to refuse services if the conditions of the party agreement are not met by the client. In the event that this occurs, an Opportunity Cost will be imposed on the client. Except for unforeseen natural disasters, i.e. floods, tornados & hurricanes, no exceptions will be made due to weather conditions. The client will be held responsible for 100% of the total engagement amount. Please read our cancellation policy. At the discretion of ABC "Fun for All" Events, a rain check or gift certificate may be offered to be used at a later date within the same calendar year as the date of original purchase. ABC "Fun for All" Events strives to provide its clients with excellent service. Per the requests of our party clients in order to compliment parties and character performances, ABC "Fun for All" Events occasionally contracts other services from a variety of talented professionals such as Magicians, Jugglers, Comics, Face Painters, Caricature Artist, DJ's and Musicians in the Houston area. All our assistants are self-employed independent contractors. ABC "Fun for All" Events remains a separate entity. The artists seen on this website have given their consent to be added to this website and are NOT sponsored, NOT endorsed and are NOT affiliated with ABC "Fun for All" Events except under the terms contained within the temporary -per -event contract between ABC "Fun for All" Events and the additional Magicians, Jugglers, Comics, Face Painters, Caricature Artist, DJ's, Musicians, and assistants. Upon request, all Magicians, Jugglers, Comics, Face Painters, Caricature Artist, DJ's and Musicians seen on this website have the right to have their pictures, names, and websites addresses removed from this website. Please use the following option to request removing your company information from our website, to request not to receive future communications or to no longer offer your services to ABC "Fun for All" Events. Once we receive your request, you will be contacted by telephone and in writing to confirm receipt of your decision to no longer offer your services and to have all references to your company and services removed from our website.
